For our first speaking assignment of the semester we discussed le mie vacanze where we just went over what we did over break in italian. Overall this assignment I was super unconfident going into it, so what i did to compensate was treat the oral exam like a writing exam. This caused me to over complicate instead of just trying to speak. So luckily Ms.Hipwell allowed me to redo the assignment with her in person. When doing this i had little to no trouble with it and turned out I was fully capable to doing it without a script or trying to completely memorize everything.
